Challenging the order in G.O.Ms.No.252 School Education (Q) Department dated 5.10.2012 and the other consequential proceeding, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.
2.The said Government Order was challenged and similar reliefs were sought for earlier in a batch of writ petitions and all were considered by this Court and this Court had set aside a portion of the impugned Government Order. Now, the Government has withdrawn the said Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.252 School Education (Q) Department dated 5.10.2012 and has issued G.O.Ms.No.71 School Education (TRB) Department dated 30.05.2014.
3.In view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
