Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the records of the first respondent pertaining to GO(Ms)No.25 dated 06.02.2014, issued by the Principal secretary to Government, School Education Department, Fort St. George, Chennai 600 009, the first respondent herein, quash the same in so far as it relates to the retrospective effect extending to TET examination conducted on 17th & 18th August 2013 alone is concerned.

ORDER
In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the Government Order, in G.O.Ms.No.25, School Education (TRB) Department, dated 06.02.2014, limiting its application only to the TET Examination held in the year 2013, without extending the same retrospectively to the examination held in the year 2012.
2.The writ petitions filed by the other candidates with similar prayer in W.P.Nos.5591 of 2014 etc. batch has been dismissed by this Court, vide, order dated 29.04.2014. The said order will govern this writ petition also. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
